Training:

Regular training in the TechOne finance system will be conducted throughout the year.  Training events are published on the ACU Training and Development website throughout the year.

Please check with your manager if you are required to attend a training session, according to the tasks you perform.

User Guide:

Please refer to your TechOne training, or visit the Sharepoint site for guides on how to upload a journal to TechOne.

TechOne Access:

Access to TechOne can be requested by the staff member’s relevant line manager and endorsed by the relevant Faculty Finance Manager or Portfolio Management Accountant. Please complete the Technology One Access Request form on Service Central.  A separate form must be completed for each staff member.
